All orders are currently being posted tracked for peace of mind however due to Royal Mail strikes there are delays occurring.

Prioritised Mail: Special Delivery & Tracked 24

We recommend upgrading shipping to either Special Delivery or Tracked 24.

Royal Mail will not be delivering letters on strike days with the exception of Special Delivery. This means when placing an order for letter sized items they will not be delivered on strikes days. This includes:

Letters To Santa
Santa Letters
Reindeer Food
Colour In Cards
Greetings Cards

We have added a special delivery option at check out as they are prioritised but please be aware that there could still be delays even when choosing Special Delivery.
