To ensure the best print quality, please follow these file requirements when uploading your design.

Preferred File Types

For the sharpest results we recommend:

PDF (preferred)

We request all our artwork to be supplied as high resolution (300dpi). You must correctly prepare your PDF file. These options must be set for commercial printing:

• Resolution - Choose High Resolution
• Compression Settings - For colour and greyscale this should be downsampled to 300dpi with "auto compression" set on high
• Font Embedding - Should be set to "embed all fonts"

Colour needs to be set as CMYK not RGB (RGB artwork will be converted to CMYK and this could affect your colours.

AI or EPS (vector files)

• Include all embedded images and convert all text to curves. Save as an EPS file.

We also accept:

• PNG or JPG (must meet the requirements below)

Photoshop

Set Resolution to 300dpi when starting your new document. Save the file as a JPEG.

Other files not listed above must be saved either as an EPS or JPEG.

Image Requirements (for PNG/JPG files)

• Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi

• Colour Mode: CMYK (RGB files may print slightly different)

• Size: 91mm × 61mm including bleed

• Bleed: 3 mm on all sides

Safe Area

Keep all important elements (text, logos, QR codes) at least 5 mm inside the trim edge to avoid anything being cut off.

Fonts

• Convert fonts to outlines or embed them

• If sending JPG this will already be flattened.
