Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I use old or black and white photos?
A: Absolutely. Vintage, black-and-white, or scanned historical photographs look beautiful inside the clear dome.
Q: Can I use a photo taken on my mobile phone?
A: Yes! A clear, well-lit photo or digital scan taken on your smartphone works brilliantly.
Q: How do I send my baby scan?
A: Simply take a clear photo of your baby scan on your phone and upload it when ordering. For the best result, try to photograph it in bright, natural light while minimising any glare, reflections, or shadows on the scan picture.
Q: Are the baubles shatterproof?
A: Yes. Each 8 cm bauble is hand-crafted from lightweight, high-clarity shatterproof acrylic, making it safe for homes with children and pets while hanging securely on your tree.
